One of the reasons we need to review the products, because we want to help other customers to make their own decision whether to buy it or not. Customer reviews may give reflection to the company's image, and they shall continue to improve in case there are negatives. No matter how many positives and negatives they have in their reviews, it gives them appreciation to one another by improving themselves to become a better provider like no other.
