After a while the wind truly does impact the day by day things you do when you live here. As an example, I have long hair and I am finding myself tying up my hair into a pony-tail each day. If I do not, I have the wind blowing all over my face and I can't see a thing! Don't get me going on wearing a dress. I believe I'll invest in some new trousers!
One more thing to look out for is when you open your auto door when you're parked beside another automobile. If you're careless the wind will catch the door and will slam your door into their auto before you have a chance to stop it. I imagine at least if it was a TV reception issue an aerial installation Wellington technicial can sort the problem. The one thing to do with you car is to make certain you do not park beside someone! As for your long hair, I suppose you can always cut it short!
While I'm living in Wellington I will to need to get used to this as it is actually a consistent today. And when the wind does stop even for 1 or 2 days it is something to be celebrated. I'll never take it as read again.
I have moved from a location where the temperature is quite warm and the wind seldom blows so this totally new experience is something I am learning to accept! At least I will call on an aerial installation Wellington mechanic to repair my T.V. reception. At least I will tie my hair back. At least I am able to park away from other autos to keep theirs and mine safe!
This gusty weather has to be welcomed. I should focus on the great things. I am able to fly kites with my youngsters. I can imagine I'm on holiday in a tent and there's a storm passing through. It's usually possible to focus on how much additional effort my body has to do to get from one point to the other, great for fitness! I don't need to be exasperated any more.
